Jai Hind – Victory to India

India is a nation of 1.4 billion people, yet its sporting success is a national joke; only six medals were gained (1 Silver, 5 Bronze and no Gold), at the last Paris Olympics. Now as athletes prepare for Los Angeles in 2028, Indian athletes negotiate the murky world of Indian sport, where passion, perseverance and idealism collide with the whims of the sporting federations and associations governing them and where poverty, corruption and treachery are additional obstacle as athletes strive to succeed … and victory only comes at immense cost.
